If you log in to www.ringana.com, go to “My Account” and then click on “My Data”, you can check the details directly online and correct them if necessary. Please pay particular attention to checking whether the IBAN characters are letters or numbers e.g. O (letter) or 0 (number), I (letter) or 1 (number).
